To Dr. Red and CCS workshop, I took your class this past year and I passed Step 3 :) thanks to you, your encouragement, and understanding. You were very noble and kind to extend the deadline of your materials because I was not able to finish them due to the frequent calls in residency. I could not have made it without your help. I really want to thank you for your unselfish teaching and kind heart. I wish you a Happy New Year and may you be filled with joy, peace, love, good health and prosperity! If I could be of help to you in the future, please let me know. Sincerely, Argentina

Dear Dr. Red, I feel so elated and thankful while writing this email. Thank you so much for your guidance, great lectures and a wonderful CCS workshop. I just got my result and i passed Step 3 with 89 percentile (3 digit score of 213) though i was scared too much this time. So so so much thankful to you !! This time, my CCS performance was definitely in the higher side like you mentioned in your workshop. Although, i felt i didn't do good in CCS after the exam (because i missed some important and basic tests in one-two cases). But, i did reach to the appropriate diagnoses at the end following your protocol and the result in CCS is very good ! I feel better because none of the performance in MCQ's in my score report are falling in the extreme lower side (most of them are either in borderline to high or only high range) and that's all because of your fantastic audio lectures which i purchased by pay-per-view. You are a great mentor and i feel lucky that i got your fantastic coaching this time. I can see the path of my Pediatric Heme-Onc fellowship career now :-). I will keep you posted and please kindly let me know if you also offer Pediatric Board Prep course. Thank you once again in tons ! Yours sincerely, leena

Hi Dr.Red, I'm attaching our previous emails to perhaps jog your memory. I wanted to firstly say, thank you from the bottom of my heart for all of your help. Although I tried to talk to you, we some how missed each other. But, you advice really helped. I took both your streaming lecture and the CCS live course from home. What you taught me, and the amount that I learned from you was immeasurable. With your help and guidance and AMAZING CCS COURSE, I scored in the 96th percentile for step 3. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU. Because of your help I was able to give my family a bit of a silver lining, some good news came through the family. I have you to thank. Since internship has started I have come across so many instances where your subject videos have helped. I have forgotten some things and was hoping to purchase your videos for permanent use, if possible....I understand it is copyright material and promise that it will not be shared with anyone, if not can you offer any alternative? Your lectures are gold. Thank you so much for everything, God Bless you for the work that you do :) Sincerely, Annuradha Bhandari

Dear Sir, Let me congratulate you for such a useful tool for CCS. My confidence levels have increased by great extent after listening to the workshop by Dr. Archer. I have a request. My subscription for Archer CCS workshop offline expires on 09/29/2010. But my exam is scheduled on 10/15/2010. Is it possible that I can get an extension for the workshop videos until my exam date. If I need to pay any amount, I will be glad to do that. Please let me know soon. Thank you. Sincerely Jyothi

I would like to offer positive feedback for you all, on my general impression of the CCS case discussions, starting from the most superficial elements. I like Dr. Red's voice. Because he sounds like a nice person, I think he is a good teacher, and I like his detail in answering the questions, I spend a lot of time going through the lectures slowly, taking notes, and following it very closely, writing things down, sometimes verbatim, as this helps me to internalize the logic of the discussion. Also, I enjoy hearing other people's questions for two reasons, firstly, it is reassuring to know that some people are even stupider than me, and secondly, the answering of the questions addresses many concepts that I've wondered about myself. Dr. Red, I give you a lot of credit for your patience in working with one or two of the callers, who persistently ask questions that are surrounding minor issues, minutia/or seem compulsively detailed to me. The minutia are hardly the reason they will pass or fail the test, it is the reasoning which they appear to lack. Were I in your place, I would have gotten very annoyed with them, but it does appear that you handled these certain callers skillfully. And I do appreciate the detail and logic that you are explaining to me, it is a level of detail that I often missed when I was on Wards. It is the logic and the systematic approach that I find most helpful here. Good work Dr. Red. Have a good day, all of you.

I just wanted to say thanks for the service you provide to us students/Residents. I just received my Step 3 scores and passed with an 86%. The CCS was my downfall on my first 3 attempts. I just want to say I'm relieved, thankful, and blessed that I can resume my residency training. Thanks. Ken P.S. If you would like a copy of the score report for your soon to be growing database of successes, I'd be happy to send. Again, THANKS!

I just wanted to thank you! I have not yet received my score, but I felt very confident with CCS portion. I only had time to practice a few cases a read over some explanations in UW the day before my CCS part of step 3. I do not recommend this, but I had practiced CCS in the past. But the KEY FACTOR was your CCS lecture. The day before day 1 of my step 3 i listened to half of your CCS lecture (which also helped me answering some MCQ’s) and then the other half when I got home after day 1. I cannot tell you how HELPFUL this was for me! I felt as if I was hearing you telling me what to do during the exam. Thank you…regardless of what my score is…thank you

Dear Dr. Red, in May I participated in one of your CCS Review classes, purchased the Step III Review DVD and also received some private lessons from you before I took the USMLE Step III in early June. I just received my Step III score report: 237/99! I am, of course, delighted, especially since this really was the most difficult exam for me in the USMLE series. I also want to say a loud and resounding THANK YOU! because 1. your CCS review class really help me to focus my case practicing, in addition to giving me valuable knowledge, 2. the DVD was invaluable in helping me address the many questions at breakneck speed. When looking at the answer options, I quite often heard your voice in my head say an answer, which then I marked and which then must have been the correct one. (The pace of the exam was too fast for me to be 100% sure of many questions.) 3. I really enjoyed your lectures and am confident that they will give me important guidelines for my residency. Thanks again for your efforts in putting together such good study and learning material and for the incredibly patient, friendly and knowledgable way you delt with us students hour after hour after hour after hour after hour ... Best regards, Maria
