  5. doctors must act into best interest of child in c/o emergencies….cn overrule parental wishes in such situations

  6. c……and if it does not prouce any result would go for B, coz the parent’s religious belief has to be considered

C is the correct answer. and the mother have the right to make refuse the treatment. even if it result in death of her child. and this is a debatable issue only the court can decide according to the evidence and the situation. But as a health provider your duty is to consult the ethics committee. and overruling the mother will definitely end up with a lawsuit.
